Wilton Armetale has long been known for beautiful, useable serving pieces that give you the appearance of silver or pewter while being easy to clean and virtually indestructable.

While all Wilton Armetale products can withstand exceptionally high temperatures, Wilton Armetale has now created a new range of products designed especially for use in grilling. This Gourmet Grillware allows you to grill and serve on the same piece leaving fewer dishes to clean after the meal!
There are a wide variety of pieces, such as a saucepan with spout, a griddle, various serving bowls and platters with prices ranging from $25- $60.

Armetale metal is a unique, non-toxic aluminum-based alloy, making it ideal for cooking and entertaining.  Hot foods cooked and served in Wilton Armetale products stay hot longer, or chill the serving pieces to keep your salads and cold dishes cool longer.  Armetale products are crafted from a non-toxic aluminum-based alloy. Armetale products are also durable and will not rust, break, crack or chip under normal usage. Each piece is a solid piece of metal with no coating applied.

Cook on the grill, stovetop or in the oven and keep foods hot longer. Gourmet Grillware will not rust or corrode like cast iron and is afe for cooking at temperatures up to 1000 degrees. Cleanup is a breeze- simply wash with warm soapy water– no polishing necessary! Wilton Armetale Grillware is non-toxic and has a lifetime warranty against breakage.

Enjoy a Greek Feast! Cooking Class with Chef Laura Eliel

Did you know that the first cookbook was written by the Greek food gourmet, Archestratos, in 330 BC?  And did you know that modern chefs owe the tradition of their tall, white chef’s hats to the Greeks?  In the middle ages, monks who prepared the food in Greek monasteries wore tall white hats to distinguish themselves from the regular monks, who wore large black hats.   These are just a couple of indicators that food has always been a very important part of the Greek experience!

Greek food is simple and elegant, with flavors subtle to robust, textures smooth to crunchy, fresh and timeless, nutritious and healthy.  Join Chef Laura Eliel on Wednesday, March 28th from 6-8 pm as you take a two-hour culinary trip to the Mediterranean and enjoy traditional Greek specialties!  The menu for this class will include:   Spinach-Feta Puff Pastry; Leg of Lamb baked in a Peasant Bread Loaf with Stuffed Aubergines and Red Cabbage Salad; and for dessert, everyone’s favorite, Baklava.

The cost for this class is just $45 per person.  To reserve your spot, call 266-5666 TODAY!
