Empanadas and Asian Potstickers Workshop on Saturday, Feb. 23rd
Who needs a knife and fork when your dinner can come in a cute little bundle! Whether they’re called Dumplings, Turnovers, Pasties, Calzones, Empanadas, Pierogies, Knishes, Potstickers or any other name, edible pockets are enjoyed in nearly every cuisine in the world. Sweet or savory, they make wonderful appetizers, picnic food or light entrees. There’s just something fun about eating food in a pocket!
Join Chef Katy Parker for a Pocket Food Workshop on Saturday, Feb. 23rd. She’ll teach you to make Empanadas (Fried Meat Pies), which will be served with a Chimichurri Sauce; and Asian Potstickers with a Soy-Vinegar Dipping Sauce. You’ll get to sample each dish and receive the recipes to take home with you. We’re offering sessions of this one-hour workshop at 9:30, 11:00 and 12:30, and the cost is just $10.

Save me two seats for the 12:30p. I have a radio show to do earlier that same day.
See you then!
Got you down, Kathryn!
