Chef Andrew Brooks will teach some simple, flavorful Italian classics in this Saturday, September 28th cooking class. The menu includes: Sun Dried Tomato and Feta Spread, served with Crostini; Veal and Parmesan Meatballs in Yellow Tomato Sauce over Spinach and Spaghetti; and for dessert, Rich Kahlua Tiramisu.
