Ingredients: Water, Dehydrated Cheese Mix (corn starch, maltodextrin, whey, dextrose, cheddar cheese flavor [milk, cheese culture,salt, enzymes], salt, lecithin, xanthan gum, annatto, paprika as color), Tomatoes, Onions, Sweet Green Peppers, Canola Oil, Tomato Puree, Sweet Red Peppers, Jalapeno Peppers, Natural Gluconic Acid, Garlic Powder, Salt, Onion Powder, Chipotle Pepper.
Stonewall Kitchen founders Jonathan King and Jim Stott originally started their business as a homemade products stall at their local farmers market. Working from a small folding table, the stall was successful, selling out of products every week. After selling at multiple venues, the operation branched out into selling wholesale. In 1993, Crate and Barrel approached them for 2500 Jars of their Orange Cranberry Marmalade. Although the order was filled, it took amonth to do so, encouraging the partners to move into a larger manufacturing property in York, Maine. Today this factory has grown to include a visitor center and a testing kitchen where multitudes of products are made today!
