The Plus and Minus buttons allow you to adjust the cooking temperature in 10 degree increments and program the built-in timer.
The built-in timer is programmable up to 180 minutes. The display will alternate between showing the temperature and the time when using the timer.
The safety lock button disables all touch controls. This lock helps prevent unintentional adjustments while cooking and allows you to wipe the surface without activating any settings.
