1. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for any reason. Customers may cancel by calling 512-266-5666, press 3, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Central Time, Monday-Saturday, or Noon to 5:00 PM Sunday. Please have your order number ready for faster, more accurate service.
2. WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
With the exception of food items, sales tax is automatically calculated for Faraday’s Kitchen Store orders shipped in the State of Texas. The amount is specified in the "Sales Tax" field of your online purchase summary.
3. WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Faraday’s Kitchen Store accepts the following credit cards and payment options for online purchases:
Credit card charges will be processed within 24 hours of order placement. If the credit card is declined, your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be contacted for an alternative means of payment.
4. DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Gift cards are for in-store use only. Gift Cards are shipped free of charge. Gift cards do not expire and may be redeemed in our store only. Gift Cards are available for purchase online in specific dollar increments. If you would like to use a Gift Card to purchase an item you see on our website, please call us at 512-266-5666 x 3 and we can process the order for you over the phone.

5. GIFT WRAP & GIFT MESSAGES
Faraday’s gift wrapping features a dark green-colored paper wrapped with a gold tulle ribbon. The charge for gift wrap is $5.00 per item wrapped. You may add gift wrap during checkout. A personalized gift message may be included with your order at no charge. During checkout specify one gift message per delivery address -- we'll print out a gift enclosure card with your personal message and include it with your gift. Gift messages up to 3 lines, 50 characters are complimentary. Gift wrap is not available on cookware sets, Coffee Centers or items shipped directly from the manufacturer.
