The triple-riveted handles are made of synthetic material and have no seams, offering better hygiene. These knives are excellent for both professional chefs and home cooking enthusiasts and are easy to maintain. Great knives for our meat-eating friends here in Texas!

It is recommended that you hand-wash your knives with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse and dry the knives immediately after washing. We do NOT recommend using any knife but a German meat cleaver to cut through bones or frozen products, as other blades can easily be damaged. To best maintain the edge on your knife, you should follow a regular honing practice or maintain your blade with a recommended sharpener. Cutting on hard surfaces such as glass, stone or granite will damage blades. ALWAYS use caution when handling any knife.
