Nonstick Cookware

Nonstick cookware is really the best way to go when cooking delicate items like eggs, or if you're trying to reduce the amount of fat you use when cooking. All of the nonstick cookware we sell is either made without certain potentially dangerous chemicals used in the making of Teflon (known as PFOAs and PTFEs), or has gone through a process during manufacturing which burns off or removes these chemicals. While all nonstick cookware does have a limited life, if you purchase good quality and take care of it, a nonstick pan can last you 5-10 years.

Faraday's offers a good, better and best nonstick assortment.  One of the biggest differences in Nonstick is how oven safe the pan is. They rank in order, of handling temperature in the oven from 300 F, 400 F to 500 F degrees. The more you spend normally the higher the heat the pan can handle in the oven.

Tip- Don't use olive oil when frying. It can't handle the heat, and can leave a tarry residue on your pan that makes food stick.
