The Santoku is an Asian version of a Chef’s Knife.
Known for its elegance and precision, the Santoku knife has gained popularity in kitchens all over the world for its efficiency and durability. The Santoku knife is particularly useful for cutting and chopping vegetables, fruit and meat, and can also be used to slice fish.
The Hollow Edge (the indentations you see on the sides of the blade) reduces drag and makes chopping, dicing and mincing effortless. The extremely sharp edge allows for clean slicing, as well.
