Santoku Knives

The Santoku is an Asian version of a Chef’s Knife.

The Hollow Edge (the indentations you see on the sides of the blade) reduces drag and makes chopping, dicing and mincing effortless. The extremely sharp edge allows for clean slicing, as well.
