This new version of the Alfa One oven gives you the ability to cook wonderful pizzas just like the original wood fired ovens in Italy, but with the easy temperature control and no ashes to deal with. You can also cook anything you would normally cook in your oven indoors, but in a much more amusing way and with better flavors. All Alfa Ovens are insulated with a special blend of European Ceramic Fibers, making sure that the heat is kept in to allow the oven to heat up faster than others. The cooking surface consists of a proprietary recipe for the interchangeable bricks that retain heat better and refract heat as well better than other brands of ovens. When it comes to setting up the oven, it will only take about five minutes to assemble it: just screw the leveling feet, insert the flue and the chimney cap and you are ready to fire it up and start cooking.The ONE oven goes from 32 degrees to 750 degrees in just 10 minutes and has the capability of cooking a pizza in 60 seconds. This ONE gas oven is the smallest oven in the range, the real Italian portable pizza oven, compact, fast to use with the highest Italian craftsmanship behind it.
