Sifters

You may not use your sifter frequently, but when you need it, you'll be glad you have it. When baking, putting your flour through a sifter will break up any lumps the flour may contain. Sifted flour is lighter and airier than unsifted flour, and is much easier to measure and mix into your other ingredients.

SIfting your dry ingredients together combines them thoroughly and eliminates any clumping issues when mixing your dough or batter.
