It features 3 speeds and an intelligent timing system that ensures optimal sharpening. For your ultimate convenience, its versatile design hones both straight-edge and serrated knives. This electric knife sharpener's internal vacuum system collects metallic debris during use, keeping your work space safe and orderly.

In addition to the coarse belt, 3 additional belts (P120, X30 and X4) can be found in the unit's main compartment. Simply press on the trident graphic to remove the coarse belt, allow the unit's top to open, and then extra belts can be accessed.

Faraday's carries the top selling Wusthof Classic knife series. The Classic lines deliver great quality and offer a lifetime of true culinary performance. Manufactured in Solingen, Germany by a seventh generation family business that dates back to 1814, each knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered high carbon steel to ensure outstanding strength and extraordinary sharpness. The triple-riveted handles are made of synthetic material and have no seams, offering better hygiene. These knives are excellent for both professional chefs and home cooking enthusiasts, and are easy to maintain. Great knives for our meat eating friends here in Texas!

It is recommended that you hand-wash your knives with warm water and a mild detergent. Rinse and dry the knives immediately after washing. We do NOT recommend using any knife but a German meat cleaver to cut through bones or frozen products, as other blades can easily be damaged. To best maintain the edge on your knife, you should follow a regular honing practice or maintain your blade with a recommended sharpener. Cutting on hard surfaces such as glass, stone or granite will damage blades. ALWAYS use caution when handling any knife.
