HIC Kitchen's Turkey Brining Bag allows complete confidence over brining low-fat meat without any basting, struggle, or mess. Crafted from an extra-thick 80-micron LDPE (low density polyethylene) with a leak-proof zipper, it eliminates worry over ingredients poking through and leaks. Measuring 24 x 20.25-inches (including handle), it's amply sized to comfortably hold up to a 20-pound turkey along with brining liquid and all the flavorful brining ingredients. Large handles make transport to and from the fridge super easy. All materials are FDA approved and Proposition 65 compliant for total food safety. Reusable and hand washable with warm, soapy water.
