The Gayo region, at the northern tip of Sumatra, produces a coffee like none other. Semi-washed processing lends these coffees subtle fruit in addition to the baking chocolate and spice they take on from the region's distinctive soil. This blend comes from the Permata Gayo co-op which processes coffee from small farms surrounding the breathtakingly lush Lake Tawar. Each bag of Third Coast Coffee is whole bean and picked up weekly to ensure freshness. Net Weight: 12 oz.
