Japanese Knives

When you think of purchasing knives, think of the type of food you like to cook. If your menus primarily revolve around vegetables and seafood, you'll love our knives that are made in Japan. The techniques for making knives were originally derived from Japanese sword makers. Asian knives are made of a harder steel than European, which allows them to hold a finer edge and to stay sharp longer if properly maintained. Be careful, however, not to use them on hard items like bone-in meats, because the blade may chip.
